Due to the perishable nature of our “Chocolate” we cannot accept returns. With Godiva your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact Godiva Customer Care +965 6708 8894 or +965 9608 6026 within 24 hours of receipt.

We will ask you to provide detailed information and photograph(s) of any issue(s) you may have experienced with your order. Our team will work to make it right.

However, if your returned chocolate is damaged, not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of the product. We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.

Chocolate Storage Guidelines

Chocolate is best stored in a cool place at a temperature ranging from 15 to 20°C. It should be kept away from strong odours that can taint its flavor and sunlight. Always ensure that the packaging used to store chocolate is properly closed.
